Prices and Registration
Registration fee: The conference participation fee for registration until 31 March 2019 is 770 $ (675 Euros). The fee covers full participation in the three-day conference, including symposia, workshops, lunches, coffee breaks, conference materials and publications.
Payment: In order to facilitate your early registration, you can register and divide the payment into two parts. Just mark it on the registration form.
Students: Students from recognized academic institutions are entitled to reduced registration fee of 650 $ (570 EUR). If you are a student requesting this discount, please indicate it in your registration form, and send us an official confirmation of your student status from your university.

Cancellation: There is no cancellation fee until 30 days prior to the conference opening. So you can register now and secure your participation, and if something happens later and you wish to cancel – you can do it easy and all your money will be reimbursed. Only if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the conference opening, a symbolic cancellation fee of 100 $ will be charged. (Cancellation in the last three days prior to the conference opening will result in a 250$ cancellation fee. In case of non-show or last minute cancellation notice there is no refund).
Tours: For those whishing to prolong their stay in Israel, we offer a one day tour to Jerusalem (Before or after the conference. price: 110$) and a two-day tour after the conference (Jerusalem and the Dead Sea. Price: 230$ , or 390$ including hotel). You can add the tours to you program later.
Flights: Israel has an “open sky” policy, and many companies, including the low price companies, are flying to Tel-Aviv . However, even with the competition the prices will rise in the summer due to high demands – so we recommend that you do not wait till the last minute. Register for the conference and start looking for your flight to Tel Aviv (and treat yourself to some extra days while you are already here to tour the country and enjoy the beach and sites around Tel Aviv).
Passport (and visa) : Please check that your passport is valid at least 6 months after the conference dates. Citizens of many countries do not need an entrance visa to Israel or they get it automatically on their arrival at Tel Aviv Ben Gurion Airport. Those who need a visa can apply for it in their country at the nearest Israeli consulate or Embassy. If needed, we can submit a letter of invitation for registered participants (send request to our secretariat).

Hotels / Accommodation: You can use our services or you can reserve by yourself rooms in Tel Aviv hotels via the Internet (see Hotels.com * Booking.com * Airbnb.com * trivago.com * tripadvisor.com * etc.) In order to assist we have reserved for our conference participants rooms in discount price in some local hotels. You can ask our office (mark it on your registration form) to send you offers for accommodation or you can do it by yourself. When you choose a hotel by yourself please check and make sure it has good public transportation (Bus) from the hotel to the Tel Aviv University. You can always consult our registration office (Ask for it on the registration form or email your request directly to [email protected])
How to register: At the bottom of this page is the link to the online registration form. Press the link and fill the required information in the form. Then send it on-line (the form is secured). Within three working days, you will receive confirmation from our office ( if you have not heard from us after three days – send us an email).
